The Super Student System consists of 5 stages:
At Turbo Learner, the primary goal is to understand the factors that make up the learning strength of every child and use this information to create a personalized learning process for that child (not a “one size fits all” solution).
We identify these factors through evaluations – online learning style test, MBTI personality identification instruments, questionnaires, and interviews. The information is then used to sift through the learning techniques in our collection and find ones that fit.
In many situations, the difference between success and failure is a system. A system ensures consistent, repeatable and productive actions which give definite results.
Over a period of years, we have collected over 100 learning techniques. These techniques do not apply to every student – they depend on the student’s learning factors.
We assemble a complete learning system to fit the student – goals, techniques, habits, processes, metrics.
Every student is unique. Even as we use the learning factors to identify and assemble a learning system to suit the student, we still need to account for many small nuances and subtleties. This system is for a very specific individual, and we take special care to make sure that it fits that person to the best of our ability. The result is a system that is specially designed and assembled, tweaked, and personalized for that student.
This is not a “one size fits all” system. This is not an “off-the-shelf” system customized to “almost” fit. This is a very personalized, very customized learning system.

After we create a special learning process for your child and teach your child how to use it effectively, we look for opportunities to improve it for efficiency and speed.

We create a series of small changes. We call it the “Incremental Competency Advancement System (ICAS),” and this add-on to the process above makes a huge difference in the amount of time your child spends in studies and homework. Education shouldn’t be a punishment.
